Cooperative completes software upgrade
Your electric cooperative has been working diligently over the summer to prepare for a software upgrade, which was completed at the end of October.
The software upgrade includes an updated design for your Callaway Electric and Callabyte bill beginning with the December 1 statement. The information will be the same, with the format being cleaner and easier to read with a few more features. Here is a sneak peek of the new bill coming on Dec 1.
