Paperless billing offers a convenient, clutter-free way to pay your electric bill. When your bill is ready, you’ll receive a notification by text and/or email. Through the SmartHub app, you can not only pay your bill but also review your electric usage and report an outage to Callaway Electric Cooperative.
Going paperless has its advantages, such as reducing costs, waste and paper piling up in the mailbox. You’ll never have to worry about your bill being lost in the mail, and all of your bills will be available electronically on SmartHub for record keeping.
